• Individuals working as an Operations Executive need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
• You also need to assist in developing long-term plans to achieve the goals and objectives that are already set.
• One of the most important tasks is to provide them with a work environment that is favorable for high work productivity.
• Apart from this, they should also monitor the every campaign performance metrics.
• Ensure load quality, timelines, and work efficiency goals are met.
• Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
• Good at problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask effectively and efficiently.
• Creative adaptation, Word, PPT, Excel MIS.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• At least one digital media internship.
• First-class Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Photoshop, InDesign, plus at least basic HTML skills needed.
• Bachelor’s degree.
